Just wanted to shout praise to Our LORD!
With all of the world slipping into deception, apostacy rampant within the 'church'; heretical teachings on the rise combined with the pursuit of all things mystic, it is nice to see Our Father drawing people to Himself.
Just Thursday, our neighbor, to whom my dh has been faithfully sprinkling seeds for years, asked us for a Bible - for himself, his 17 yr old son (who heads to basic for the Navy in a few weeks) and his 5 year old daughter!!! [Our kids play together constantly, and we have her to dinner often so she has been present when we have evening devotions and our dd prays for her salvation often]. My dh was so elated to share this with me, and we worshipped the LORD immediately. :yeah
In July, dh childhood friend, requested a Bible also. Being that he lives in Jersey, we ordered one and sent it right to his house as quickly as possible. To know this man, who never really knew God - just of Him - this is a miracle indeed. (As were all of us, no?) We are just sooo ecstatic because sometimes it seems as though we sprinkle - and sprinkle - and sprinkle - never seeing results.
This has been such a 'boost' for us that I wanted to share - God is moving in the hearts of men even in these troubled times!
ALLELUIA TO THE LAMB OF GOD! ALLELUIA TO THE KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS! :yeah
Please pray for Bruce, TC, Kyle & Kayla that God would reveal to their hearts the irresistible Beauties of Christ unto salvation.
Even though we may not be privy to the harvest of each one we witness to, what a privilege to be co-laborers with Christ! Who knows, maybe our Lord will draw the 'real tough nuts', a.k.a. family members, of us all! (Prior to the Rapture, dear Lord.)
