Help!

I seem to remember someone posting a way to list all the user names and passwords that have been registered to a computer or e-mail address, I think it was in reference to keeping tabs on what your kids are up to!

I've forgotten my user name and password on another board (nerd-alert!! - sewing/smocking...) and it won't let me re-register because there's already an account listed for my e-mail address. The website doesn't provide a way to contact the administrator and I can't find any info in any of my old e-mails, either. Any tips will be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

I suggest re-signing up with a new email address.

Usually when you go the sign-in section it will have a link that reads something like "lost your password?" Then you enter your user name and maybe e-mail address and it'll send the password to you. That other e-mail address listed blocking you from registering a new account is probably your e-mail address ;) (what you used for your existing account - still have that email, right?). Should be a link to recover the password.

Agreed with Nova. Signing up a second account with a different email address may also result in breaking that boards rules (signing up with multiple accounts).

You can also almost always use the following universal way to get help.

Given a web-site, e.g. www.rr-bb.com, you can determine the domain, e.g. rr-bb.com. You can then send email to postmaster@the-domain e.g. postmaster@rr-bb.com
