I think you're right on. It will be an outward "visable" sign to others that your allegiance is with the AC. This will not be something sneaky that will doop the unsuspecting people into receiving. You will have a choice to acccept or reject the mark. So even if they do decide to put a tracking chip inside newborns, this in and of it self does not spell doom for the human that receives the chip. Every person will have a choice. Yes, this may mean death for those who decide to reject the alligience, but all will have a choice. It is not something sneaky, it is a very real outward sign and a very real choice those in the tribulation will have to make. Put your allgience with the AC and accept the mark of 666, or parish. :sad

The chip in and of itself cannot be the mark. I say this because the mark will be something that once you accept it you profess loyalty to the AC. Just having a microchip implanted is not permanent, you could remove it like removing a splinter. If the government required these chips without having to profess loyalty to a person and thus renouncing any faith in Jesus it wouldn't be the MoB, ..... right. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Seriously, for wives I would recommend the 2-1/4" X 5" pink laminated tags locked in the ear lobe via piercing. Less chance of infection and easily identifiable by anyone who can read without the need for special equipment. Especially useful for those wives that wander off every now and then. :wave

What if a law is passed that all people have to have a chip FOR THIER OWN GOOD as so many laws are passed these days? We sit back and allow government to deem what is good for us already with little fanfare or protest. :rolleyes

That is what I think is lining up to happen, whether it is pre-rapture or post remains to be seen, I believe it will become law at some point to have new babies chipped to "protect" them and then it will spread from there.
Regardless, chipping is not the MOB- that is something to be chosen, not taken accidently or without full knowledge of following the AC. But I believe chipping is dangerous as it sets people up TO take the mark easily. AND it gives the government even more control and power over us.

I think the government interferes too much in our private lives now. Our freedoms and liberties have been taken away gradually. And I think the liberals are in a position to make all of this happen. [I can almost visualize Pelosi leading the cheer with that sickening gleam in her eye].

The law is already in process it is the digitizing of all medicl records... Once that passes to avoid any mostakes they need to make sure you are who you are so you will get a chip that will give them all your blood records drugs taken blood pressure and even now after reaching the 4 petaflop era your genetic codes with ll the differnt possibilities of what could go wrong with you. When they nationalize Medicine then no matter where you go what ever doctor you see you will be linked to the medical server data base which is in turn linked to the government data base which will soon enough be a worldwide government. You are absolutly right it will not be a sneaky thing but here is how it will go For those of you linging to your guns and religion remember it is your patriotic duty to spread the wealth... Maybe not those people who made those statements but when they say it is the duty of every person in the world community to take it as allegence to the world governement and the AC. Or you are not patriotic... Not doing your duty... Being a rebel.... Now once you get 70% of the people on board it will now be manditory if you want to buy food or your not truely a part of the society. I read about this rfid tattoo a few of months ago.....looks to me like it could develp into the MOB. Note, they are using on cattle to assist with "food safety supply". As it's been stated by others, things are introduced in subtle ways as a way to protect us, to keep us safe, etc. Fear and self protection is manipulated to further the Anti Christ's agenda. I've been spending the last few hours googling "RFID HUMAN" and "RFID PATENT" - you'd be astounded at what's out there.

Things range from permissions-based RFID chips where a chip-wearer can approve/deny access to a reader by using a specific muscle movement, RFID in pills so that one can know if the daily dose was taken, RFID to read glucose levels for diabetics, etc ........

Digital Angel Awarded Patent For Glucose-Sensing RFID Microchip

SO. ST. PAUL, MN. (October 25, 2006) – The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has granted Digital Angel Corporation (AMEX: DOC) a patent for its syringe-implantable glucose-sensing RFID microchip, Digital Angel announced today. The RFID microchip measures the glucose concentration levels of diabetic patients and will be marketed and distributed by Digital Angel’s sister company, VeriChip, as an extension to the company’s products benefiting people.

Kodak Files Patent for Edible RFID Tag

The idea is that the RFID tag antenna -- the critical component which allows data to broadcast -- be composed of organic material that would dissolve as a result of certain chemical reactions within the human body. Once dissolved, the tag antenna, and therefore the tag itself, would stop transmitting a signal, indicating that the targeted chemical reaction had occurred. Kodak calls them "fragile tags":

Abstract:


An implantable, readable miniature transponder has an antenna coupled to a microchip integrated circuit. The integrated circuit has unique identifying information stored in the chip. The integrated circuit microchip also has control logic, a muscle stimulator, an EMG amplifier and a data transmitter. The integrated circuit is connected to the antenna and to muscle electrodes that have EMG sensors. When an external reader illuminates the transponder the control logic alerts the implanted subject and inhibits any data from being sent to the reader. Through a series of predetermined voluntary muscle contractions the subject sends a signal to the control logic to either allow or deny the reader access to the identifying information.
