I got a chill the other day thinking...

about Mt 5:30 -- "And if thy right hand offend thee, cut it off, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell" and it dawned on me "I wonder if you take the MotB in your right hand, if you can repent and cut off your right hand and still be saved???"[/b] Mt 5-7 seems to speak about entering into the MK.

Is that maybe why there is an alternate site, the forehead, for the mark? Hmmm.

Seriously, this is not the Mark of the Beast. That will not show up until midway through the Tribulation. Just because the technology exists, does not mean that using it now is wrong. Taking the Mark will mean worshipping the Beast, and if that condition is not present, it is not the Mark!

I trust in the Lord, and keep my guns under lock and key and my kitchen cleaners shut up under the sink and my meds inaccessible to little hands. And this is just in case friends visit with their kids!

It will not work to be negligent and then blame any tragedy on the Will of God.

We are having our cat chipped next weekend, so in case she gets out we can find her.

And I don't think this will offer 24/7 monitoring. You will probably have to call into a central spot to have them track your child, just like they do with LowJack.

has anyone hear heard of "Somark"... it is some new technology, that is a rfid tattoo. This could quite possibly end up being the mark of the beast ,because it is ink and not microchip, which would make it faster for the antichrist to enforce.. they could either stamp you with the mark rfid tatoo immediately or you will be killed.. this technology is currently being modified and but has the potential to be the mob.

I've heard of Somark. We had a thread about it a while back, I believe. (If it wasn't a thread we've at least talked about it here.)

These are the two other threads it has been discussed in. You can find the exact posts quite easily if you know how to use the advanced search function of the boards. You just put somark in the upper left section and below that check ""show as posts" instead of "show as threads".

thanks for telling us to mark post instead of threads, although like a lot of search engines it has issues. You type in mark of the beast and you also get post on flu shots. But it is better then when I marked threads.:hug

You also have an option of a pull down menu in the advanced search window to select to search the entire thread or just the title. This can also narrow down your search if you are just looking for a thread on a subject and not every post someone just happened to mention the subject on.
