But in the case of an RFID ink tattoo, it wouldn't make a difference, as it would be both on and In. The tattoo permantly marks the skin, and also penetrates down into and under the skin into the tissues.

I get the feeling this company is preparing for initial fallout from the public after reading the last statement of the article. But he justifies the privacy concern for the overall positive uses of the product....like rescuing military personel.

A very interesting article, and a little revealing.

Whatever they have developed is clearly not "ink". At first I thought it might be a radioactive substance which can simply be detected, but it can not only be detected at 4 feet, but holds and transmits a 15 digit number. It is therefore nano-scale activated radio transmitters.

It then makes some curious statements about being broken down by the chewing process, but not by the cooking process. Eating a big mack, not the cooking of the meat. I think he lies that the chewing makes it inert, as he then states it can be used for tracking of e-coli in spiniach. Therefore it goes straight through the intestines and is still an active trasmitter in sewerage.

But then he states it can be used to identify soldures in friendly fire situations. With a 4 foot detection range? Just what is the "real" range of this thing?

And finaly, "involves a geometric array of micro-needles" like in the shape of a pentagram? That is a geometric shape ya know. Why did they not say a matrix of micro-needles? Why state a "geometric shape".

Revelation 13:17 says that the mark, name, number is the antichrist's, they receive his mark etc. The chips today etc contain info about us, it's our name etc not the beast's.
