Just an interesting side note...Myth Busters on the Discovery channel was going to have a show about RFIDs, and it got denied. Here is a video describing why:

Saw that video yesterday-various credit card companies like AMEX and Discover threatened to pull their advertising on that show if they chose to run it.
There's ALOT of bad going on with this RFID-1) Doctors are saying how it can cause tumors in the body(wherever you chose to plant it), and 2) AC or no, if this thing gets into the WRONG leaders' hands, loads of trouble will spell.

makes sense why they don't. those credit card companies have a lot of liability riding on the security of that technology.

I'm less conserned with RFID chips and more conserned with another new RFID technology, "Digital Tattos". This has been discussed on this board before, but for a refresher, the company called "Somark Innovations" is beind this new technology. Currently they are using it for animals, but it could very easily be adapted to human beings. Here's a link from "Prophecy in the news" with information about it:

I can imagine that mark of the beast people in the last days would be much more likely to accept an invisible digital tatoo than a chip under the skin.

Seems to me that the "mark" IS a visible one..not invisible.:idunno:scratch

The technology is interesting and has many applications, good and bad. Please remember that the Mark:
1. Is taken at the mid-way point of the Tribulation.
2. All current believers will be Raptured before that.
3. People here during this time will make a CHOICE to take the Mark.
There is a thread http://www.rr-bb.com/showthread.php?t=57177&highlight=RFID+ink
I agree with you. I was just puting this out because it was in the news that day.

The bad thing about this RFID chip itself is that it could get into the hands of the (wrong)political powers.
Either way-the blueprints are set for the AC to create the mark. It's alot like this peace treaty the US/Isreal is currently working on. No-it's not exactly the 7 year deal layed out in the bible, but nonetheless it has alot of the blueprints for the AC to polish up on.

I wont take any physical, or that otherwise a mark upon my body from any government or anything. Ive always felt its not right and if the Govt. wants RFID in a couple of years regardless or not where we are in history...count me out.

As far as 'chipped' cards are concerned... You can buy wallets now that block the signal.

In reading the passages in the bible that mention the mark, I see nothing which states it must be visible.
Revelation 13:16 - And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
Revelation 13:17 - And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
Revelation 13:18 - Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.
I forgot to mention that the Digital RFID Tattoo would not be completely invisible, it would be visible under certain lights. It would be easy for the "anti-christ police", to filter people as they passed through some type of "checkpoint" or something by using the special light or by using an RFID reader.
