Is there a forum that anyone knows of that people that use SOS can get to gether and help with progam problems. The SOS website listed a yahoo group which i joined but the group owner is MIA and has not approved my memebership yet. Know of any others?

Call the tech number on the box or the Alpha Omega website number listed for SOS. That yahoo group hasn't been active for YEARS and you will never be approved. Your request will just time out...
One of the things it took me a LONG time to figure out is that only the NEWEST application (year wise) disc needs to be installed. The most recent year will cover all the previous years. I have all different years for different things and kept trying to install each disc with each year!!! WRONG! Only 1, the newest one, needs to be installed. When I would install my older discs, my newer curric. would be uninstalled. I did that over and over and over until I figured that out.:doh:doh:doh:doh:doh:doh:doh:doh:faint

I spent about 3 hours today installing SOS on my computer for my 3 kids at home. Tomorrow I will do a client install on each of their computers (for the first time) and we are set to start the 31st. After all of these years, I have FINALLY figured out how to do it right (the first time).:yeah
It really is a very wonderfully done program with lots of options. I just wasn't following the prompts or maybe I was clicking through too quickly and not waiting for all of the instructions. Either way, I did it right today and I am very pleased with myself!:hehee
