I was a huge fan of The X-Files, when it was on.
Never believed in UFO's though, I just liked the storylines on the show. I'm a skeptic like Scully, and religious like Scully. Identified with her more. She was my favorite Character. Sorry Mulder...:hug

Six years ago this month, I was standing onshore of once our Lake Havasu coves, while the rest of my party were still eating lunch at a picnic table. I looked above the hills above where we were, and I could swear that I saw a UFO. It glimbered in a shiny square-shaped silvery color, was suspended in mid air and didn't move. And no, it wasn't a blimp nor helicopter either...it was noiseless.

So you see--this kind of thing is possible...and don't dismiss it too lightly.

Well, here is my take.

Every person that tries to link the existance of alliens with the Bible is doing so thru much "might be", "could be", "wouldn't it make sense if"...pure conjecture. They seem to have time and resources to chase after theories and build new ones. it doesn't matter how they turn it the Bible DOES NOT talk about alliens.

One of the things that I like about the Gospel is that is has been revealed to us. That means, we are meant and guided to understanding of the things of God. God is holy and righteous. No games or tricks. Even so, it will take the rest of my life to study and learn from the Scriptures. The revelation of God for us. We are called ot do so with all of our minds, strength and heart.

So as far as I am concern, alliens can go ahead and buy the franchise for the 4 of July and entertain us with their cool spaceships and flashing lights. I for one, will seek Jesus. He is my portion in this life.

I truly believe Demons/Fallen Angels and Aliens are the same thing. Otherwise how could you you explain in Genesis these following verses?

Genesis:
6:2That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose. 6:3And the LORD said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years. 6:4There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown.

And Especially:

Ezekial It talks about them being inside the wheel.

:4And I looked, and, behold, a whirlwind came out of the north, a great cloud, and a fire infolding itself, and a brightness was about it, and out of the midst thereof as the colour of amber, out of the midst of the fire. 1:5Also out of the midst thereof came the likeness of four living creatures. Too many sightings, too many cover-ups, and too many coincidences for it to simply be brushed aside.

Do I believe they are beings from another planet? Absolutely Not!

Christians do not question the origin of our existence because we know "The Book" explains it. But there are alot of people in the secular community that does. They disregard The Lord's Words and seek to find their own answers. I think the Alien Phenomenon could play a part in this worlds last great deception. . .Oh, and it'll be sooooo believable.

Logically: Pictures of UFO's have been depicted in artwork down through the ages. They even have them inside the pyramids. Whatever they are, they've been around for quite some time. Anyway, skipping to the chase, I believe they have something to do with Genesis chapter 6 and I'll leave it at that. I'm sure enough of you are going to believe I'm a kook. Think of it this way though,

Someone walks into a church and tells the minister that they think they are being jacked with spiritually and that this started when they moved into their house. Chances are, the minister will get help for them and even arrange to go to the home to bless it.

Someone walks into a church and tells the minister that they were abducted by aliens, the minister will more than likely recommend a shrink.
Why is that?. . .
