Also ALL EXPERTS has a computer section with extensive archives. If you look there and can't find your problem they will answer you via email.

My very favorite I can't share as it it my brother who can remote help me, bless him as I got more instructions with a toaster than this computer.

By far it is Cybertech! No charge awesome computer help... they've helped me a lot. Now if I could just get someone to help me with my avatar and signature on this BB. I've tried and tried in the testing zone. Can't figure out what in the world I am doing wrong. It seems so basic. I just want to add an avatar and signature!
