Avalon on Benny Hinn?

I have always loved the Christian music group Avalon. I've listened to them for years. Last night I was channel surfing and saw them onstage at a Benny Hinn crusade. They did just sing a song and sit down, either. They were on stage the whole time right in the middle of things. I love their music. I'm so disappointed they are involved in this.

Avalon makes their rounds on many of the shows on TBN. In my opinion TBN is reaking of apostasy! The only show I have found that is Biblically sound is Way of the Master.

Maybe Avalon feels it's there only way of exposure?? Maybe they care too much of woldly fame?

i am also disappointed in TBN (the blasphemy network) :( i thought Hal Lindsey had left them, but i guess he's back on?

i only watch Hal online so i am not sure what all happened...

Yeah, if you ever really research some of the things he has said in the past he apparently has some teachings that are very unbiblical.

I didn't know Avalon was a frequent flier on TBN. How sad. I like all their music but the Orphans of God songs I really love. I have seen Nicole C. Mullen and a couple others on there before. Some of it I guess I just chalk up to maybe their being young and ignorant of what these people teach. Wonder if they knew what Hinn really teaches if they would still support him. I remember when ABC did an expose on him a few years ago the people at TBN rallied around him and just totally ignored what they didn't want to hear. And then Hinn did a special on TBN predicting that "rivers of blood" were going to be flowing in the streets of the U.S. because of people attacking God's annointed or some such.

Actually millions of the sick have come to him to recieve Gods healing.Benny Hinn is just one of many vessels God uses to manifest His Glory.

When outside agencies (Christian and non-Christian) have checking on the healings in Benny's ministries, they have never been able to report a single actual healing that was verifiable. They were alble to find many that thought they were healed and discovered later they weren't.

Has anyone on this board ever heard from any one or any sourece that verfied an actual healing in one of his meetings?

Well, why don't you guys just find someone you personally know who is blind, cripple, and/or terminally sick and bring him to one of his shows? He invites everyone, right? Find out for yourself.
He's not going to the hospital where a WHOLE medical staff can confirm the veracity of his claims.
I've been to one of his shows; nice song & dance number. Also his emoting isn't half bad.
If this guy were for real I think there'd noticeably be a lot less infirm people.

Make no mistake, God still heals people & only Aaron's sons has the right to tithes from the tribes of Jacob.

My first thought is that Benny Hinn's going to have a VERY rude awakening in the very near future... He preys on the sick and dying while bilking them for millions of dollars when there has not EVER been even ONE credible, verifiable healing through his ministry. He is disgusting and an embarassment to all Christians. Matthew 7:15 Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. This is just one of MANY verses that warn us of the kind of deception of people like Hinn. And our instructions on how to deal with them are also very clear...

Benny Hinn is fake, teaches unbiblical facts (as outlined by others above) and seems to like 'worship' of himself from those he claims to 'heal'.

If the angels, far holier than man, refuse worship...'nuff said. Be sure to pray, wear the :armor and listen to that 'still small voice'.

First time I ever laid eyes on Hinn my skin crawled!
