Was it just me or did RR go off the air for a while?

I doubt it was DNS issues, because you couldn't even get to the site by typing the IP in. If it were strictly a DNS issue, you'd be able to access it via IP.

How do you find out the IP address for a webite?

You can bring up any command window in Windows (Start --> Run, type 'cmd'), or terminal in Unix/Linux/Mac, and simply type 'ping' and then the name of the website. :thumbup

The Host for Rature Ready went down this morning around 5:00 A.M. - 6:00 A.M. and down again around 12:00 noon to 1:00 P.M.

I tried what you said in Windows. I typed in the following...

ping www.rr-bb.com (http://www.rr-bb.com)

And the response was 208.113.194.133 So then I typed the following into the address bar of the web browser...

http://208.113.194.133/

But it came back and said "Site temporarily unavailable"

What am I doing wrong?

Now that you'd have to ask the admins about - it's possible they could restrict that maybe.
