and IHOP is a cult that was started in Kansas City. It has spread to most major cities now. Unfortunately they have my niece deceived into believing she is a prophetess in the Atlanta IHOP.

They believe that the church will go through the tribulation and that they will help Christ to usher in the millenium. Research them on the internet and you will find a trail of trouble. Bickle is in trouble with the IRS and corporate IHOP for copyright infringement with their name.

I knew it was something. I remembered an earlier thread. Unfortunately the secretary of the church we left when we moved across the state is now involved in that. It bums me out as hubby wants to find a new church, where we live now, but I'm so sick of the false teachings, politics, and so much more. I want fellowship, but I feel that this forum is the only place to get it honestly. I'd love to just 'homechurch' and worship the Lord that way, but hubby disagrees. :fear
Ugh is all I have to say on it.....I can't deal with false anything, grew up in a questionable religion.....I just want the truth...don't want to deal with politics...is it possible.....I know it probably isn't.....:panic

I think these are the people that stand at major intersections in Indianapolis, with buckets, and ask for money when you are stopped at a light! UGH!

They have to pay $2,500.00 for their prophet school. Then they have to pay for their own meals while they are in that school. The cult wants them to quit their jobs and depend on them and beg others to support their missions.

My niece quit both her jobs and moved into a squalid house with several other pancakes while she goes to prophetess training.:datesetting

My sister and my family are trying to line up an intervention to get this girl back from these deceivers.
