The U.S. Army is authorized to create civilian prison labor camps on military installations, according to a little-noticed regulation.

The camps are allowed if the request comes from the Federal Bureau of Prisons or state corrections facilities under leasing requirements defined by federal law.

WND's discovery of the regulation comes shortly after Bush administration directives expanding presidential powers during an emergency.

The Army prison camp policy is defined in Army Regulation 210-35, entitled "Installations: Civilian Inmate Labor Camps," signed Feb. 14, 2005, by Sandra R. Riley, then-administrative assistant to the secretary of the Army.

The regulation revises an earlier civilian inmate labor camp regulation signed Dec. 9, 1997, under the Clinton administration.

Ned Christensen, spokesman for the U.S. Army Installation Management Command, confirmed to WND the 2005 version of Army Regulation 210-35 is currently valid and fully operative....

.....Extraordinary powers

WND previously reported that in May President Bush signed National Security Presidential Directive-51 and Homeland Security Presidential Directive-20, which granted near-dictatorial powers to the president in the event he declares a national emergency.

The directives loosely define "catastrophic emergency" as "any incident, regardless of location, that results in extraordinary levels of mass casualties, damage or disruption severely affecting the U.S. population, infrastructure, environment, economy or government functions.

I'm not sure America is ready to put 2/3 of its population in jail.

But the USA was prepared to all Japanese Americans in jail during WW11. It is at the president's discretion. So, if you get a president who hates Christianity and see us, the Christian Colition, churches, etc. as a threat....you never know.:fear

After the rapture I'm *sure* this will happen. People can scream "conspiracy theory!!!!" all they want but the fact of the matter is:

Rev 20:4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and [I saw] the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received [his] mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

They will round up the tribulation saints first into camps before the beheadings. It's only logically efficient. Anybody who refuses to believe this could ever happen in America should remember Nazi Germany and this verse:

Ecc 1:9 That which has been [is] what will be, That which [is] done is what will be done, And [there is] nothing new under the sun.

Once upon a time, a bunch of people who everyone else referred to as "conspiracy buffs" and "tin hats" tried to warn all their fellow countrymen and women about all of this.
But, for this they were laughed at and scorned, except for the other conspiracy buffs, who called in to talk radio and read the now defunct Spotlight - which was shut down by the Clintons, by the way.
If there was one thing they tried and tried to tell everyone it was
WAKE UP AMERICA.

It's very, very sad that no one wanted to listen until it was way too late.

For many years, commercial airline pilots have been calling talk radio programs and mentioned seeing what appeared to be "abandoned" camps in very remote areas.

Hitler didn't put all the over 6,000,000 jews into ovens at once or even in concentration camps for that matter it was systematic and even with the help of other jews looking for a "better Lot" in turning in thier brothers and sisters. They won't take us all at once but remember with all the video there will be no where to hide if they do and it is a waiting game till they come for you

In Germany, the Nazis first came for the communists, and I did not speak up, because I was not a Communist. Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak up, because I was not a Jew. Then they came for the trade unionists, and I did not speak up, because I was not a trade unionist. Then they came for the Catholics, and I did not speak up, because I was not a Catholic. Then they came for me... and by that time, there was no one to speak up for anyone. -- Martin Niemoeller, Pastor, German Evangelical (Lutheran) Church

You're right, I can see a predominately Christian nation electing a person who hates Christianity.

It won't be all "Christians"...only the troublesome ones. The fundamentalist, non-seeker sensitive, non-Emergent, believers and doers of the Truth. And the ones who squawk about prophecy as well :nod

With the "threat" of prison, how quickly would the 2/3 of our population drop to say 1/2 or 1/3 or 1/4......

In real life, people have their fear more realized than they think, so the population might be below 3%. Are they ready for 6 millions Christians to put into prison?
