Whats the Trick to posting a Youtube video?

I've tried every which way and it doesn't work.
I don't wanna look stupid, but its way too late for that. :hat

So what do I hafta do?
I put the URL betweek the dealeebobs like this:
[YOU TUBE VIDEO]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1EZo31dANuc&NR=1[/YOU TUBE VIDEO
](this bracket is actually in place on my post...)
and it doesn't work!
