I am organizing a Wellness Fair for Women. I have a list of participants like our local hospital's Womens Center, Weight Watchers, Message Therapists, etc. I am wondering what kind of groups or businesses would you want to see at a wellness fair. I am also including groups or businesses that help women get or maintain balance in their lives. I would love some input to make sure the companies or medical field that is coming is "balanced".

Thanks!

Big on my list would be support for new moms... La Leche League, a program that assists new moms with post-partum depression, even the MOMS Club which offers support for stay home moms and can be found almost everywhere in the US, I am a primary coordinator for the Club in RI www.momsclub.org.

Let us know how it goes and what other groups you incorporate, this is wonderful!

How about a chiropractor? He/she could check the ladies' spines.

It's Massage Therapists, not Message Therapists, isn't it? :lol2

I would have an Arbonne rep there. We do a lot of health and wellness fairs and booths. If you want to find one in your area, let me know and I'll find one for you. I work with a lot of nurses and chiropractors because they love the natural products.

The OB unit I worked on was represented at a women's wellness fair. Some local health food stores, doula services, and post-partum household help services would be nice to see.

How about someone from a gym or a fitness center, who can hand out info on exercise and cardiac health & preventing cancers.
