And if we came from apes then apes were here first. So apes have had to deal with the "scorching heat" for at least the same length of time as humans. So why are apes still covered in hair?

I would caution people to use this argument because the atheist can simply side step the implications of your questions by saying that apes continue to reproduce, but that mutations and natural selection (NeoDarwinianism) helped create a branch. They contend that apes are common ancestors.

We must show the atheists that they cannot argue anything unless they accept the truth of the bible, and the implications that God has on this world (science, morality, logic, etc.)

We can't keep on throwing 'evidences' at the atheists! In Matthew 28, people LOOKED at the resurrected Christ, "but some doubted". This tells us that no amount of evidence will ever persuade someone to think Christianity is true. We must go the philosophical route using evidence to confirm the bible.
