I kinda doubt it. Whisking off heads is the characteristics of a Republic. Also, the increasing tension between parties reminds me of the Civil War and they won that one too.

Now an abolition of BOTH parties into something "new" wouldnt be so far fetched as their obvious sabotage of anything the other tries to do is painfully obvious at times to be scripted.
