I have tried without success to obtain a dvd or video called The Bride. It was originally produced by Reba Rambo and Barry Mcguire i think. I believe the one I saw was a remake in which the allegorical bride was red haired. The story,music and dance is awesome. Yes the story is about the church, how she grows and matures in love and keeps longing for the Bridegroom to come when they will be married and He rescues her from the harsh world she's encountered. It was one of the most meaningful portrayals i have ever seen of the relationship between our Savior and His church. If anyone can tell me how i can reasonably obtain my own copy of this, I would love to see it again and again, and share it with people I love!!! I have no doubt all our friends @ RR would enjoy it too!
