I'm sorry this sounds kind of rambling, but I feel I need to explain for it to all make sense.....

I have been burdened by the unbelief being displayed so blantantly shown in the local area dispite all the Christians, churches, etc. This reminded me of a now-atheist friend (from high school-haven't talked years and she's not interested) We were in church and everything together so I know she's heard the TRUTH!

Anyway, all this had been weighing on me and I was becoming more and more concerned about my children's walk with God and that they hold tight to their beliefs inspite of this world (unlike my friend). I mean it was constantly on my mind.

Then my 9 year old daughter comes home from school (public school too!) and proudly shows me this picture she had made during free time. It had a large brown cross with a red heart in the middle of it, clouds and flowers and the reference "John 3:16" on it!! :yeah :yeah I think the Lord was trying to tell me to calm down a bit. :lol2

I know how you feel!! My 6 year old asked me how to spell Jesus and Mary ~ she already knew how to spell God. When I asked her why she showed me a picture of a teddy bear that she had drawn for them!! That really got to me. Nothing says love to a little girl like a teddy bear!!!!
