On the other hand, things are happening so fast right now that I wouldn't be surprised if the Lord were to whisk us out of here today.
May it be so, my friend. Sooner the better!

We as a nation deserve to get hammered. We have turned our backs upon God. When Alexander Solzhenitsyn was asked why Russia had suffered such disasters, he said that man had turned his back on God. And he’s right. We have turned our backs on God.
1. The first of all was when Madlyn Murray O’Hare (or should it be O’Whore?) got the Bible banned from the public schools. That was the watershed that helped bring about:
2. Roe V. Wade, which legalized the en masse slaughter of the unborn.
3. The ongoing efforts of the news media and the liberal elite intelligentsia that they are the propaganda organs for to eradicate all mention of God from our daily life.
I could go on and on and on, but I think these three are the biggest obvious factors. It’s bad and getting worse!
Thank God when the Trumpet sounds, I am outta here!

Hi RR,
Wondering... we are told that God is not judging America and we are not to state that he is-- or by way of examples like Hurricane Katrina or 9/11. But my question is; How do we know God is not judging America? And how would we know if he was? Any scripture would be great!
Thanks All and God Bless! :hug
Note: We cannot discuss specifically that he is per rules. I just want to know how do we know if he is or is not.

God's wrath was satisfied by Jesus on the cross. There is obviously coming a day of wrath, but we, as pre-tribbers, obviously believe we will be spared. There are loads of scripture in Buzzardhut's 'Rapture of the Church' sticky at the top. I think the Day of God's wrath will be obvious to all.

I've heard both Chuck Missler and John MacArthur say that America is being judged... right now. I agree with them both.

Scripture clearly says that we aren't appointed to wrath. Seems to me we would already be in Daniel's 70th week if America, or any nation, is under judgement.

Hum, okay, I will have to listen later, and while I know we are free to express our opinions, every time I see a post where someone says we are being judged, we are warned not to state that. So I'm not clear on what really members think overall? :scratch And I'm not sure how I feel about it because I need some biblical guidance to see for myself, you know....

My opinion is that we are just seeing the results of GOD pulling his protection away from our nation...America wants GOD out of every aspect of our culture so he is just granting their request. :idunno

Hum, I don't mean "wrath", I mean judged as in things occurring because of the behavior of the people? I totally agree we will not see God's wrath as that is the reason why the Church will be removed. And I know many here do believe we will see conditions grow far worse and as a result suffer.....if that be the case is that judgment right now--- before the Rapture?

Here's one:
1 Thes. 5:9 - For God has not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ.
