"The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God" (Psalm 9:17).

A few years back I went on a missions trip to Mardi Gras. Before that trip I thought I had saw alot ..but while I was at Mardi Gras my initial thought was "Dear God, Could Sodom and Gomorrah have been worse than this?" "How can you not do to America what you did to those places?"

"the nation that blessed Israel shall be blessed" was one answer that came to mind

"and if there be 50 righteous" ...Abraham's conversation about Sodom ..was the 2nd thing

The thing that truly puts me to my knees is realizing that this nation is so rapidly preparing to change its course with Israel" ...BUT

Jesus did say "as it was in the days of Sodom" and man are we there.....He "removed" before He unleashed

even so Lord come quickly

More here........................ (http://www.aretheyreadyforthis.com/Habakkuk)

Buzzardhut,
Okay, I need some help here please! I listened to the first two messages from the Windows player. Then I wanted to download the rest to my MP3. When I tried to do this from the on screen player list, I don't get the usual list of options, including 'Save Target As'. It brings up a link to install some other player. Yet when I right click the link from here (this thread), I get the right list.
So, if you would be so kind, please put the links for the rest of the series here so I can download them to my player to put on my MP3 player? Sorry to be so much trouble. Whenever you have time. Thanks in advance.

We as a nation deserve to get hammered by God. Our worst sin was Roe v. Wade, which opened the floodgates to the mass slaughter of 50,000,000+ babies in this nation alone.

That, and many other sins, have made this nation ‘fat and ripe for judgment.

Exact dates of collapse are impossible to predict. But one of the best known facts about empires is that they do collapse. No exceptions. ~ Dmitri Davydov

The best sign at my hometown "tea party" was a giant banner that spelled out in huge letters: $12,000,000,000,000. It took at least ten people standing in a long line along the highway to hold it.

The 12 trillion number is new federal obligations assumed since the economy began to unravel in 2008. It's enough money to pay off nearly every home mortgage in America .

Here's another number for you: $101 trillion.

That's the amount of unfunded Medicare and Social Security liabilities going forward through the end of the boomer retirement (1).

Well before the economic crisis was in full swing, Russian blogger Dmitri Davydov put together a presentation about the similarities between the USA now and the USSR as it neared its end. Here were three distinct similarities he cited:

1. Out of control military budgets.
2. Unsustainable deficits and foreign debt.
3. A balky, unresponsive, corrupt political system, incapable of reform.

I'd add two more parallels between the USA now and the Soviet Union then.

4. Rampant government interference in the market economy, causing tremendous pricing and investment errors.

5. A shockingly expensive, unwinnable war in Afghanistan .

In 1985, America viewed the Soviet Union as a frightening, formidable villain.....

I've heard of comparisons between the usa and the roman empire but this one seems even more persuasive. I can tell from reading different messageboards that there are people who realize what is going to happen but i fear they are in the minority.
