I had a question about the foot note for 1 Corinthians 15:51,52 it states that
there will not be a trumpet blast until after the tribulation period then the new earth and heaven well be usherd in. So does this imply the rapture will be after the tribulation period according to the foot note.

That appears to be the infered thought - ?
However RR as Pre-trib (ONLY) will not entertain a discussion or debate on that timing.

I'm not a fan of the NLT, but that interpretation is inconsistent with other scriptues pertaining to the Rapture. It is helpful to know a little about the use of the trumpets with regard to the Feast days that model the epochs of church history. The shofar was blown on both the feast of trumpets (Rosh Hoshana) and at the Day of Atonement (Yom Kippur). Note: so I don't get tomahawked I'm not saying the rapture occurs on Rosh Hoshana.
The model of Rosh Hoshana was that a trumpet would sound and all of israel would come to the temple as an assembly. This was to announce the beginning of "the days of awe" so that they might prepare for the atonement of Israel 10 days later. The imagery is very similar to Jesus' description of the rapture in Matthew 24 when "one would be taken, the other left" in that Jews, working alonside of non-jews, would leave immediately at the sound of the Shofar while the non-Jew remained at work. The Dead raising at the sound of this call for assembly at a future day of the Rapture is clarified further by the scripture that states "the dead in Christ" shall be raised first, then we will be joined together in the air. The ressurection of the Dead at the rapture is only for those who were **in** Christ, i.e. Christians who have died.
The second Judgement for those who have died that were not in Christ occurs at the White throne judgement after the millenial Reign. I believe, like the call to judgement indicated during Yom Kippur, that this will also involve the "Final Trumpet" that will be blown during the resurrection and judgement of unbelievers.
Just my two cents worth :)
