In Rev. 14:6-11 it talks about the 3 angels who fly in mid-air and speak to the ppl living on earth. Will those ppl living on earth at that time actually see the angel's and will they actually hear what the angel's are telling them?

We are beginning a study of Daniel in our Bible Seminary Class. My pastor says that if we don't study and understand Daniel, we won't understand Revelation. So, I went to my commentary "Every Prophesy of the Bible" to get some insight into your question.

THE ETERNAL GOSPEL PROCLAIMED

In Verses 6-7 John then recorded, that he saw another angel flying in midair, and he had the everlasting Gospel to proclaim to those who live on the earth - to every nation, tribe, language and people. "Because the work "Gospel" is used here, it has been presumed taht he is talking about the way of salvation. As the context which follows indicates, however, what he is announcing is that God is going to judge the wicked. This is Gospel or Good News to those who have trusted in Christ, especially those living in the Great Tribulation, because it will signal the end of the Tribulation and the end of their deliverance from their enemies."

John continues, "Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him, for the hour of his judgment is come; and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters." "Just as the future holds a time of reward and blessing for the 144,000, so it holds judgment on the wicked who depart from God and blaspheme His name."

Verse 8 continues: "And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication."

"The announcement of Babylon's fall does not indicate that the end of the Great Tribulation has come, but is rather an announcement of the future destruction of Babylon described in Revelation 18. The various pronouncements of this are chapter are not necessarily a record that the even has taken place but that the even is impending."

I tend to believe that the people on earth will be able to clearly hear the pronouncements made by the angels. There will be warnings, and announcements of things that are yet to come. I hope these comments have helped you some.

I don't fully understand all these things, and I would love to read some comments from a student of prophesy and especially the books of Daniel and Revelation.

Rev 14:6 And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people,

I'd say yes....:thumb

I am sure you've heard that some television ministries try to take credit for the fulfillment of these prophecies, saying that the "angels" or "messengers" are satellites.

I think many have gone so far as to make provision for their satelites to continue broadcasting after they have been raptured. I find all that a little hard to accept myself. :idunno

Today the Church is repsonsible for the proclamation of the Gospel, but that will change after the Rapture of His Church.

He will use the 144K, the two witnesses and even an angel to spread his message. He goes to great lengths to give folks chance after chance to be saved <><
