:pray:yeah

Ok I thought of this by myself out of the blue...The kids and DH LOVED it and I didn't even get seconds!

2 ready made pie crust
1-2 poinds of hamburger
1 bad of Mozerlla cheese
1 jar of any Spaghetti Sauce
Italian Spice (Personally I like Emeril's Spice Line, but they are costly, you can substitute)

1. Mix hamburger and spices and make meat balls
2. Cook meatballs for 30 minutes and drain

3. While meatball mixture cooks prepare baking pan/dish
4. Lightly oil bottom of pan/dish
5. Lay one pie crust on bottom of pan/dish
6. Cover lightly in layer of sauce and cheese
7. Place meatballs over layers you have already
8. Cover meatballs in remaining cheese
9. Pour remaining sauce over all
10. Place 1 pie crust over mixture and pinch sides together if you can, otherwise just press down.

Bake for no more than 30-45 minutes at 350 and serve!

Bon Apetite:thumb

I made this last night, just wanted to let you know it was DELISH!!! The only thing I did differently was used some of that crescent roll dough by pillsbury and rolled it out on the bottom instead of the pie crust. Thanks for the rcipe, i saw it yesterday when I was pondering dinner. :)

So glad you all have enjoyed it...It's a regular staple now in our home.
For the size of pan question, that would depend on how big you make it, but that's the size I made and I think I should have doubled it all and used a bigger pan the way my kids and husband scarfed it up. :-)

God Bless,
Nannette
