Hey guys!!! Vehicle question.....

I ran over a dog the other day and my van has been making a strange noise since then. The front end is creaking and sounds like the whole thing is going to fall apart. When I go over speed bumps now, it just creaks and groans. It was a pretty big dog and went completely up under the van and came out the back.

Any advice?

A front end is pretty complicated with lots of bars and joints. You may have bent something. If any of the parts were to fail on the highway it could mean a bad accident.

Id get it checked out by a pro ASAP, and I wouldnt drive too fast until you get it checked out.

might be a valence or an air dam, cracked or split thats rattling, flapping or scraping against something?

I'll have DH check it when he gets in later. It is a really bad creaking sound. Thanks for the input!
