I don't think "we" can put a number on it...Christ knows the heart and knows who would have accepted Him or not...My daughter is 10..has gone to church since 2wks old...she is just now starting to ask about baptism..if we left tomorrow, she would go too because God knows her heart...I have no doubt.

I lived with a Jewish family once, they talked about it, had a name for it, might have come from the Torah:scratchBut they said it was 5(any one know of the passage?)but they said it was 5, gee, wish I could think of what they called it, was a long time ago..........but makes sense to me that it would very from child to child..............

God will purify those who are truly His through lifes trials. Remember everyone, if the trib is really coming close and our departure is coming quickly, then Satan is well aware of the signs as well. He may unleash all in his power to get us to turn away from God prior to our departure. Just look at the Holocost. Innocent men, women, and children were killed as part of the birthing pains of Israel!
The Holy Spirit will grant you the power to make it through any trial you and your girls may experience. He may allow earthly pain, but remember this is all temporary and will just be a faint memory to us in eternity! As long as you have placed your girls into His hands, they will ultimatly be with Him and that is all that matters.
Remember, it is not the first death that we should fear....but the second death and He who controls it, is He whom we worship (the one true God of Abraham Isaac and Jacob, and Jesus Christ, the one and true Messiah!)
May God bless you with confidence and Peace that He is really in control of yours and your daughters eternal destiny!!!! Stand on HIS promises. Read Romans 8 daily and you will find strength! Here are my favorite promises that encourage me in these last days:
Rom 8:28 And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to {His} purpose.
Rom 8:29 For those whom He foreknew, He also predestined {to become} conformed to the image of His Son, so that He would be the firstborn among many brethren;
Rom 8:30 and these whom He predestined, He also called; and these whom He called, He also justified; and these whom He justified, He also glorified.
Rom 8:31 What then shall we say to these things? If God {is} for us, who {is} against us?
Rom 8:32 He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him over for us all, how will He not also with Him freely give us all things?
Rom 8:33 Who will bring a charge against God's elect? God is the one who justifies;
Rom 8:34 who is the one who condemns? Christ Jesus is He who died, yes, rather who was raised, who is at the right hand of God, who also intercedes for us.
Rom 8:35 Who will separate us from the love of Christ? Will tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?
Rom 8:36 Just as it is written, "FOR YOUR SAKE WE ARE BEING PUT TO DEATH ALL DAY LONG; WE WERE CONSIDERED AS SHEEP TO BE SLAUGHTERED."
Rom 8:37 But in all these things we overwhelmingly conquer through Him who loved us.
Rom 8:38 For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers,
Rom 8:39 nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
:yeah:yeah:yeah
Be encouraged brethren, our redemption is near!!!!:pray:pray:pray
Keep your lamps lit for the bridegroom is coming soon!!!:candle:candle:candle:candle

Yep, it's different with every child. There are some kids at 6 years old who can understand the concept of sin, the fact that they are sinners, and that Christ died for that sin. And then there are other 6 year olds that will tell you they don't sin. I took an Intro to Christianity class at college, and while I disagreed with many things that he talked about (it was a liberal arts, secular university), one day he did talk about the age at which children can begin to understand that concept of Jesus dying for our sins and taking our place. He said some children might be able to grasp that concept as young as 8 years old, but some could be as old as 12 before they really understand it.
He's approaching it from a non-biblical point of view, so caution needs to be exercised when looking at what he says. But I think he illustrated it well that children understand at different ages - as our brains develop differently, it only makes sense that some would "get it" sooner than others.

The best thing you can do is to prepare for your family NOW as best you can. Store some food (Store Lots of formula, powdered milk, baby food, and other baby needs like diapers, wipes infant Tylenol and Motrin etc..) and have some cash in the home in case the banks fail. At least you will know that your children won't be hungry.
It's the best we can do. Jesus will have to handle the rest.
There are a couple of good threads on gardening and food storage in the Anything Goes Thread.

I was wondering about the children in the case of an unbelieving mother and father and if it would be the same case as those children who have at least one believing parent at the very time of the rapture? Will those children be raptured also even though they would be considered unclean according to 1 Corinthians 7:14? I had this question for a long time and just wanted to know.

I think the children would be raptured because of the mark of the beast, the parents would be the ones deciding for them to send them to hell and I don't think God would send anyone to hell because someone else made tht decision for them so I think He would rapture them JMO

The authors of the Left Behind series seem to think so while others think not. Personally, I beg the Lord to count as innocent those who are unable to make a decision; babies, little children, and those with child-like minds. But I wonder because of having seen the dutch film-maker's piece on the islamic fanatics...he showed a girl who appeared to be 2 who was filled with hatred for the Jews.

I imagine that the girl probably didn't have a clue what or who she was talking about. She was most likely only emulating the hate she is around daily. Much like a child will be almost guaranteed to repeat that bad word that someone slips and says in front of them. :) When they have no idea what the word means. At least I hope so. It's too depressing to think that the child would actually have that hatred in her heart.
