That's what I hope will happen. I neither want babies and children to be robbed of their childhoods by the Rapture nor stuck in eternal infancy or childhood. I want their resurrection bodies and minds to be capable of growing to adulthood. We will find out, soon, if that's what God intends.

Freaked out over the announcement of number 4??? Imagine how my husband felt with the announcement of number 12!! LOL!

At any rate, having had 3 miscarriages as well as the 12 healthy babies, I, too, have hope that the little ones whose faces we didn't get to see will be there waiting for us and that they have had the privelege of being at Jesus feet all this time!

God has a perfect plan. I do not know what my son will be like at that time as he was only seven when he died. I do not know what I will be like at that time either. None of us will be robbed of anything because I believe God when He said "eye hath not seen, ear hath not heard, neither has it entered into the heart of man what God has prepared for those who love Him." 1 Cor 2:9 Those unborn babies will be there because God created them and loves them. Trust in His perfect plan! We can not even imagine what He has in store for us.

So you're saying a baby or child who has not yet sinned before it dies will go to Heaven, and is somehow of a special species that has no free will? It's going to be in a Jesus-centered place whether it wants to accept Him or not?

Nope, no way I can accept that, especially in light of Psalm 58 ("The wicked are estranged from the womb"). And if that's so, bring on the abortionists - that would be more effective than witnessing, since the end result would be a certainty that the person would go to heaven and never have a chance to reject the Lord! (Tongue-in-cheek - don't flame me!)

People go to hell because they have broken God's Laws = sin.
Yes, and rejection of the one who can forgive this, Jesus Christ.

And he said, While the child was yet alive, I fasted and wept: for I said, Who can tell whether GOD will be gracious to me, that the child may live? But now he is dead, wherefore should I fast? can I bring him back again? I shall go to him, but he shall not return to me. 2 Samuel 12:22,23

You know I've thought about this since posting it. I wonder now. Do people go to hell because they have sinned or because of that and what you said? That would be an interesting conversation... eek! Did I say, "conversation?" Okay, "dialog" lol.

I guess I would ask, "What about those before Christ?" Didn't they go to hell (if not saved) because they rebelled against God (sin)? Maybe it's one of those "band your head on the wall" kind of questions.

Sin separates Man from God. Man is born in sin. Only Jesus' death on the cross for sin and man's repentant faith In Him brings eternal life.

Ok. O.T.? God gave foreknowlege of the Savior. (Jesus) God knew those who would come to Him and declared their righteousness. Jesus paid the penalty for their sins.

Seven, I have a seven year old. You have such a testimony, and I do not even know you. May God continue to bless and comfort you my friend. My heart aches for you and your loss. Here is a verse I've been memorizing.
2 Corinthians 4:17-18
For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweights them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.

You son sits in eternal glory waiting for you!! Your troubles are achieving the same for you in the future. Hopefully soon!!!!
