i see kids and adults wearing stuff with this symbol all the time...

its supposedly something some music band called "HIM" invented, but it looks like a 'softened' pentagram to me.... classic satanic symbol

what is this stuff? is it like a frog in hot water.... symbols creeping back in under an innocent guise?

WATCHING AND WAITING

I have seen one on one of the people I did a drug test on. It was tattooed on her forearm. She said she didn't know what is stood for when I asked. The other time I saw one, also a tattoo, the young lady looked the part of satan worshipper. Kinda kreepy. But the funny part is that when they come into my office they are subjected to christian radio preachers!! The ones that don't like it sure pee fast!!

Unfortunately "creepy" symbols have been used by cults and masons for centuries. That's a new one for me though, never seen it. Thanks for exposing it. :hehee

If you google AV1611, you should find a website with the same name. It details alot of Christian singers and the like that have allowed these pagan and satanis symbols into their album art and the like. It's quite appalling.

The only folks I know that wear this are either blissfully unaware in the punk scene, or outright pagans.

One kid I know that is son of a christian lady, did somehow get his hands on one of these. I don't think it lasted long in their house (among other things 'mi maw' sent him home with because he wanted it)

HIM (His Infernal Majesty)
The Heartagram was originally created as a logo by the self described "Love Metal" band HIM. It combines a heart with a pentagram, and according to band members, represents the juxtaposition of love and hate/anger, or life and death.

Well if THAT doesn't sound satanic...... sheesh. And I hate that "blissfully unaware" deal... It's like playing with explosives and being totally aghast and shocked when it blows your hand off....
Also like that hand gesture that they always do for "rock/rock on" with the index and pinky pointed out and the middle and ring fingers, and thumb curled under them. When I first saw that gesture I was told it was "the sign of satan". They do anything and take on anything if it's deemed "cool" or something... They also have a modified version with the middle and ring fingers touching the tip of the thumb for the Texas Longhorns. I'm not too crazy about that one either...

i hate that too, how people just don't pay any attention to anything.

:soapbox
it reminds me of the ambercrombie and fitch scandal that was started a few years back with their pornographic pedophile sales catalogues... and yet you still saw teens wearing their products right next to their parents, also sporting a&f clothes....
it makes me feel queasy, yes there are bad things i may be supporting with my hard earned cash that i am unaware of, but its not that way because i am just ignoring reality or have a lackadaisical attitude. its cause they have it buried deep enough that its not apparent. but to not want to protect your kids from blatant filth and then support that filth yourself is so far beyond my comprehension....:shifty

i don't even consider myself an activist type person, but i would not willingly allow that stuff to ever enter my house and if it did sneak by me, the items would find themselves flung out onto the street within seconds or meet their demise in the backyard firepit. :heh

Yes, a friend showed me it, and told me it was HIMs symboly, I didnt know what HIM was till now. If you turn the heart in it upside down its a satanic symbol, but I sill think its the same sign.

Actually, as it is, if you straightened the curved parts back out, it's an inverted pentagram... a satanic symbol, and also the symbol of the Eastern Star(female Freemasons) if you straightened it out and flipped it back over, you have the wiccan star symbol, and numerous other false/evil religions using it... (Not to mention I see the acronym "HIM" as a blasphemous counterfeit to God by the usage of the word the acronym is...)
