Again, Congress established the Federal Reserve in order to do Congress' job of coining money and regulating the value thereof. There is nothing unconstitutional about the Federal Reserve........................................... ..................................................

What makes it unconstitutional is that it is not a bureau of the government The banks were not created by congress, they are privately owned. They do not "coin" the money. They "set" monetary policy and lend us paper, backed by nothing except our future wages and charge interest for that. Congress may create a bureau OF government to set policy, but, they would not be able to charge the American people interest for that. Congress can't "establish" (legislate) a change in the Constitution, they have to amend it. That is like letting the job of the Supreme Court justices be filled by a privately owned company. Just a bit of conflict of interest.

People keep bad mouthing Unions and they have no ideal what would have happened if it weren't for the unions. Unions came about because the companies were exploiting their workers. They paid them next to nothing and rented them company housing and they had to buy their stuff from the company store. Of course everything cost more than they made so they were always in debt to the company store. My wife's cousin is a doctor and he has gotten filthy rich off the backs of the poor sick people. He owns cars, houses, a jet airplane and has his own pilot, among other things. Doctors charge way to much for their services. Where is the compitition? They don't care if you die. If you can't pay for their services they won't treat you.

ICAM! If it wasn't for my husband being in the Sprinkler Fitters Union, we would be considered VERY poor! As it is we are still not considered middle class and we make very good money for the age we live in... Though i don't agree with all the union does or stands for, i know full well we benefit greatly from it. And no illegal immigrants get those jobs....

I thank God everyday for putting my husband where he did. Unions are for the people and higher wages.. I would never want to see anyone i know working at Walmart -- they treat there employees horribly, pay them minimum wage and do NOT support Unions b/c then god forbid they'd have to pay there employees a decent wage. Walmart actually trains there employees that unions are bad. :twitch I have never heard of Walmart having good health insurance for there employees i have heard the exact opposite, in fact i've heard it's not even affordable for most of them.

How can a family live off of that wage??? I couldn't and neither could many others. Just my 2 cents.... :)

Bernardd you are obviously a doctor. My wife's cousin didn't pay anything for his education, his father paid for all of it. How much he earned as an inter or a resident doesn't justify the amount he is earning now. Malpractice insurance premiums have nothing to do with it. He pays the premiums and he is still filthy rich. Doctors pay is part of the trouble with health care costing so much. They should probably get half of what they are getting now.


I don't know about other states, but in Washington we are losing docters b/c of the high malpractice insurance rates... But isn't that the insurance companies faults, not the docters???

Actually, a litigious society is to blame. Payouts for lawsuits weather at trial or settled prior to trial jack the prices. Bogus suits are settled all the time for 100's of thousands cause it is cheerer than trial, regardless of merit. That cost is passed on to consumers. Thus the price of everything goes up.

WOW! Since when is it a crime to make money in this country!!! Walmart was started so they could make money! if the employee doesn't like get another job! Doctors become Doctors to make money!! Insurance companies started...yep you guessed it... TO MAKE MONEY!! unions started too help the people UNTIL THEY FOUND OUT THEY COULD MAKE MONEY!!!
