View Full Version : How Many Pairs of Shoes Do You Have?

OK, ladies. I need help. I went shopping the other day. Great shoe sale, really cute shoes, and couldn't buy any because I just kept hearing my husband's voice in my head "You bought another pair of shoes?" I put on clothes for church this morning and had no shoes to match. Now, the crazy part of all this is, my husband agreed with me that he would have said that if I bought more shoes AND that I didn't have any to match this morning.

So, my question is, how many pairs of shoes do you have? How many is too many? I'll go first... I just counted and I have 23 pairs, although 9 of them are either old work outside kind of shoes or out of style and I never wear them anymore.

Are we worried that our husbands are reading this???? :)

I don't have a lot of pairs of shoes I wear all the time... maybe 4 (I am a sneakers/flip flops kinda girl).

But I have 5 pairs of heels that I wear about two or three times a year, each, praying I don't trip the whole time I wear 'em.

Okay, I didn't go upstairs to count them, but including flip flops and boots, I'd estimate 18-20.

You can tell your dh I'm in your ballpark. :)

:whistle Further confession: I didn't count flip-flops. I don't really think those should count, although my dh disagrees with me on that.

LOL... yes it is as close to going barefoot and I can get.
