Need info. on Robert Scales

Has anybody heard of an evangelist named Robert Scales? I think he tours the WOF circuit but can't find any info. on him. Somebody I know almost worships this guy and I am wondering if his new "reformed" teaching is actually reformed, or if it's still full of WOF lies.

Looked on the internet but can't get anything worthwhile.
