Yes. My son is getting married in St. Kitts in November. Got to lose a minimum of 10 pounds, but more is better.

I need to lose 35 pounds at least. I am very worried about getting diabetes because it runs in my family, plus I had gestational diabetes when I was pregnant.

I'm trying, so far I've lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks. It seems I weigh lighter in the P.M. then first thing in the A.M., as much as 3 lbs. I weigh myself in the morning as soon as I get up and I wear the same outfit morning and night except I weigh more in the a.m. Has anyone else experienced this? :thinking

I'm trying...but not doing a very good job. I've got to really get serious about this!

trn2him...me too!! I think mine is from water retention...I used to be a severe soda addict...like a 6-pack of Dr. Pepper for breakfast person...cut it out cold turkey (which is a whole other issue) but once my body adjusted...I feel soooooooooo much better and I don't swell hardly at all. My doc told me there is enough salt in one can for what you need for 2 days!
