I believe Praire Dog meant to refer to Romans 11 - that says "all Israel will be saved" - but this, I believe, means the remnant - those who survive the tribulation and come to believe in Christ (its not all Israel - e.g., all Jews who have ever lived).

Another interesting factoid is: Messianic Jews during the Church Age are part of the Body of Christ. Therefore they will not be left behind.

From what I understand about the 144,000, they will finally understand and accept Jesus as the Jewish Messiah after the Rapture. Just like some of the church pew-warmers who heard but didn't believe before the Rapture.
But the task of evangelizing will again be the responsibility of Israel.
