About "David Counts the Fighting Men"
2 Samuel 24
David Counts the Fighting Men
1 Again the anger of the LORD burned against Israel, and he incited David against them

1 Chronicles 21
David Numbers the Fighting Men
1 Satan rose up against Israel and incited David to take a census of Israel.

why in the same story ,it say "the Lord incite" and the other say "Satan incite" ???

Need your enlightenment !

Because Satan only gets to do the stuff that God wants him to. And because God knows what every living creature is going to do, He uses Satan to accomplish his purposes. Many times God stated that He was going to use Israel's enemies as a "rod" against Israel. And he also has stated that "the Assyrian" (AKA AC) would be a rod of his anger. So these two verses, to me, agree completely.

Our Lord God allowed Satan to tempt David to take the census. From this we should probably assume that God allowed Satan to tempt David into this sin for the purpose of punishing the people. the numbering, or counting, of the people is accepted by David as his own personal sin; it was wrong because it was done in pride and self-glory <><
