I fixed pork chops last week, after reading all of your posts..........I was drooling. I made some StoveTop Stuffing and ut it in the bottom of a baking dish. Then seasoned and browned the chops, and placed them on top of the stuffing. All I had on hand was cream of chicken soup, so I diluted it a little bit with water, and poured it over the top, then sealed it with aluminum foil...........baked at 300 for an hour and a half.

My husband was laughing at me as I was eating it............I was "umming" and "oohing" and rolling my eyes like the chefs on the Food Network!!! It was sooooooooooooooo good! I think he was really glad he married me that evening.

For delicious boneless pork chops, rolled in light mayo and then Italian bread crumbs. Spray cooking spray in the pan and then add one TBSP oil and spread it around. Add chops and bake at 425 for 40 minutes. Crispy, tender and a wonderful flavor. I also do this with chicken breast filets. It is a winner! It is also low in fat.

Hi, :wave I'm new to this board and of course I gravitate immediately to the cooking forum. I like cook and I LOVE to eat even more!

My current favorite way to eat pork chops is to buy them thin and boneless and then saute on both sides until nicely browned, but not cooked all the way through. While the chops are browning, in a small bowl mixed together a 1/4 cup of very good balsamic vinegar, 1 TB brown sugar or honey, a tsp of Dijon mustard and some salt and pepper. Take the chops out of the pan and set aside. Put the vinegar mixture into the pan and cook for a couple of minutes letting the mixture reduce slightly. Add the chops back into the pan and turn in the mixture several times, until chops are down. Let the balsamic glaze reduce and thicken and drizzle over the cooked chops. It's a total winner and so good!

Agrodolce (fancy way of saying 'sweet and sour' :heh) works well with pork.

I like marinating pork chops for 12 hours. When they are ready, I pan sear over med-hi heat until brown, then I stick them in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 350, even up to 20 if they are thick like tenderloin chops. Pan searing locks the juices in nicely and finishing off in the oven; they just come out all juicy and tender. The marinade I use is below:

3 green onions
3/4 cup virgin olive oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp grated ginger
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion salt
3 tbs honey
2 tbs tarragon vinegar
1 tbs fresh tarragon, chopped

Put the steak in a large shallow dish. Combine ingredients and mix good. Pour over steak; cover and marinate in refrigerator 10-12 hours or overnight, turning over half way through.
