Christian distributed computing

Something in another thread made me think of this. I have several old computers laying around that could probably be put to some use, but how?

Thinking further I wondered, is there something that Christians are working on that could use the power of several computers similar to the SETI project?

I don't know of anything and I can't think of anything personally. Well, apart from looking for secret hidden messages in ancient texts.

Anyone have any ideas? Is there something we could be doing with distributed computing?

Maybe we could append the SETI project and use their data to prove that Jesus is returning - in fact he left 2000 years ago and is travelling at the speed of light so will be here any day now!

Christian project? none that I know of... but here is an interesting one. http://www.electricsheep.org/ It's art based and inspired from the book "Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?" which to us Sci-fi buffs is better known as Blade Runner :thumb one of the best Sci-fi flicks eeeva made! :hehee
