First - if this child has caused problems in the past - why would you want her to ruin your child's birthday. The real problem is - the child can only act what is allowed. So her parents have some issues that you are not seeing. I don't baby anyone. If they don't like me - I am not going to bend over backwards to please them. Just because we are Christians - doesn't mean we have to deal with bad behavior in our own home.

And lying to the parent isn't right either. If the mother ask why she wasn't invited - tell her the truth - Or don't tell her anything - we are not obligated to tell people why we don't want them in our home. You did say your daughter hasn't played with her for a year. So why would this be any different.
