Here is the challenge;
Does islam want Israel dead and forever a contaminated wasteland, or does it just want Israelies dead ?
Any nukes will have to be tatical and small. Targets will be any airport and military instillation.
Again Is the goal to kill Jews or liberate J'lem?
You start flinging nukes and WMDs and the hole place becomes uninhabitable.
So you sacrifice the palis, to eliminate the Jews.
Seems to me there has to be some careful thinking here.
Perhaps an Israeli raid wakes everyone up to the horror of nukes. Kinda sets the stage for a peacemaker.... give me your nukes and I'll protect you......
And then there are those never used neutron devices. Kills people not infrastructure.

No mystery there. Satan had tried over and over to annihilate all Jews. That goal hasn't changed. satan doesn't mind if the land is contaminated. Islamic and the world's hatred of the Jews is driven by satan. satan wants to end the life of every Jew to prevent fulfillment of God's Word.
satan will fail, of course, but he'll keep trying until God puts a stop to it.

Israel has no real choice but to launch a preemptive attack, come what may... because if they don't they're doomed for sure. If they do, they could be doomed (though we know they'll survive), but if they don't, they would be doomed for sure (but for God's divine intervention).
So at a non-supernatural planning level, they really have no choice, no matter the fall-out. It'll need to be soon. I'm sure they're relying on intelligence for the timing. They'll want to wait as long as possible in the off chance that the US or someone else steps in to do the job for them.
:agree and I also think that the removal of our troops from Iraq creates a significant deadline for the Israelis to act.

Yes very true,
but satan has another desire....
To be worshipped as God.
he needs a Temple for that. A Jewish Temple.

If Israel attacks Iran and it starts an Middle East uprising like never before would this be a ideal time to come up with a seven year peace treaty? Something would have to be done to stabilize the area.

Not to detract from the OP, but remember...we meet Jesus in the air, not in heaven. I'm imagining Him leading us through the galaxies to the home He has prepared for us. What a day that will be !!! And remember too that Satan is the prince of the air, so that means Jesus will be leading us right through Satan's territory. Sounds like ole Lucifer will suffer some big-time humiliation when that happens.
Oh, yes indeed, what a day that will be! I'm SO ready to leave this earth!

I probably shouldn't reveal this, but the plan is for elite teams of kosher seals disguised as Ali Muhammad's Magic Carpet Cleaning Service to arrive simultaneously in vans at the front gates of each Iranian nuclear facility. The drivers will present the following note:
"Please admit my brother-in-law and his cousins for the next hour to steam clean your facility."
With Praises to Allah,
Mahmoud Ahmadinejad

Two thoughts in the back of my mind.
* US troops will be pulling out at the end of this year. Out of the immediate areas of impact.
* Syria will implode on itself and blame Israel. Syria may be responsible for Damascus all by itself. I need to go reread that chapter again.

I had that same thought about Syria and Damascus last week.

The thing is, why talk about it? Action speaks louder than words... much, MUCH louder. Maybe someday, the saber-rattling will stop...
Until then, like I've said before, Israel is very much following the US Iranian policy in place since '79:
Sit on Hands
Now Wring Hands
Repeat
If and when the IDF strikes Iran, I'll be the most surprised person outside of those unlucky Iranian radar techs that happen to be on duty.
