Luke 9:62 Jesus replied, "No one who puts his hand to the plow and looks back is fit for service in the kingdom of God."
What type of person or action is this?

Har! Har!
Hmmm...being fit for the kingdom of God means the committment to Him is serious. Putting the hand to the plow means engaging in a task - in this case, a task to serve the kingdom. When you plow, you have to make straight furrows, which is really hard to do when you're looking back.
