Forgive me ladies, I have a wife, but she is bipolar, has passive aggressive personality disorder, and does only the laundry, for which I'm thankful... Please pray for us as she hasn't yet been washed by the blood of the lamb and is currently quite apostate from her husband...
I'm both dad and mom in the house, and tonight I'm serving soft shell tacos with chopped up sirloin steak as the main ingredient, along with cilantro, onion, tomatoe, lettuce, lots of cheese and habanero hot sauce just for me.
Since I spotted "what's for dinner" I've wanted to contribute... and think I will 'til you give me the boot.

Anyone should be allowed to write what is for dinner. We all eat. My sister was bi-polar so I can understand your siutation. My sister did not do alot of cooking though because her husband was rarely home. Unfortunately, her condition was made worse by a man who was physically and emotionally abusive. I will pray for your family.

This morning I put some chicken drumsticks in the oven, setting in North Carolina BBQ sauce. They'll cook at 190 degrees all day until a half hour before supper, when I'll uncover them and turn up the heat a bit. Can't get ready made Carolina BBQ here so I get to make my own mix.

I never had North Carolina BBQ, but we have the problem that we can get good Texas BBQ in Washington. Last night we ended up eating junk food for supper so it is the Alfredo tonight.

Grilled T-bone steaks, baked potatoes, and broccoli. I don't care how cold it is outside. We are cooking the steaks on the grill.
