Meatball subs courtesty of DH. He woke up this morning saying he dreamed how to make them last night. :aha
He's on chantix to quit dipping snuff and, man, is it making him have weird dreams.

We have our granddaughter on weekend. She has requested BarBQ Pork Roast, Pork N Beans Grandma's way, and Salad.

We went out and had calamari and a glass of wine. For dessert a Starbucks iced coffee. Perfect! :nod:

We had BK tonight. Too much to do and too little time to cook. But, it's only occasional. My kids know that fast food is not the norm.

We are going to BBQ a Ham Steak, and I am going to try something I heard from a friend. I am going to cube both Sweet and Irish potatoes and fry (:fear ) with onions. Broccoli will be the other veggie.
