Biscuits...yum..everyone described them perfectly! Here's a photo above. I don't know if you have Bisquick (boxed mix) where you are, but it makes quick easy biscuits. I love them with butter and honey.

Tonight, ham cooked with pineapple, and salad.

Seeing the photo they look a lot like what we call scones, we usually have these with strawberry jam (I think you say jelly) and fresh cream. With a nice cuppa tea.

Yes, I guess you could say that biscuits are similar to scones. Some people like sausage gravy with biscuits. Personally, I prefer them with a little butter and JAM (I prefer jam or preserves to jelly). And I love tea. It must be my Irish and English ancestors (although, I really don't like whiskey - I had a really bad experience with it - so perhaps my Irish ancestors would be dismayed with me).
