Charcoal grilled T-bone steaks marinated in Italian dressing, baked potatoes, and fresh asparagus from my Mom's garden.

Well last night wasn't really exciting as far as dinner was concerned as I can't even remember what I had! Tonight though I'm having home-made chicken and noodle stir-fry with lots of soy sauce and oyster sauce.

last night we had salmon croquettes (in the deep South we call them salmon patties -pronouncing the L in salmon - :aha); corn casserole and black-eyed peas

funny story - my oldest son used to call salmon patties "panty hose" for some reason when he was little. It used to drive my husband nuts. :faint
