Something on a Shingle. I use ground pork sausage as the base, others use chipped beef. It is essentially a hearty meaty gravy poured over whatever you want to pour it over, usually toast or biscuits.

So it's only 9:30 this morning and I'm already hungry, but the pants are a wee bit tight after the prime rib dinner at BIL's house last night. Going for chicken tonight, and salad, lots of green salad.
