My own version of Pepper Steak but made with hamburger meat, different colored bell peppers, can of rotel tomatoes, soy sauce and worshester sauce.

Anybody have any good ideas of what to do with zucchini?

I stuff zucchini with a meatloaf type mixture. Just take a spoon and scrape out the middle, and stuff. Some of my friends use rice instead of meat!

I like fried zucchini. I make a batter with flour and milk add some garlic salt. Dip the zucchini in the batter and put it in my deep fryer. It's really good.
