Wow, no brainer there... enjoy....I'll probably make it this weekend. Are you hankering for some beef yet??? By next week, I may be all turkeyed out.

I'm preparing Thanksgiving Dinner today for the family. On Thanksgiving Day we volunteered at the local Rescue Mission and today the first opportunity to have our own meal:
Turkey (stuffed and baked in a bag)
mashed potatoes (scratch)
homemade french bread rolls
an assorted of sweet yellow and while corn with some Lima beans tossed in (succotash)
giblet gravy
stuffing
homemade pecan and/or pumpking pie (baked yesterday)
wine, sparkling cider, pirate beer (cream soda in bottles), milk

The turkey doesn't look very appealing after two days of eating it. I had some pre-cooked, frozen meatballs and decided I could make them, while using some leftover gravy and rolls from Thanksgiving. So, I'm still utilizing those leftovers. I don't think they'll ever run out! LOL
