It was good. I could not tell the difference. Seeing how it has so much fiber, I am going to buy it from now on. They say you can subtract from your calorie count, 9 calories for every fiber you eat a day. More calories for chocolate:yeah I got some good weight watcher desserts. yummy

:shockedBoy, that's weird! We also had whole wheat spaghetti. It's less points on Weight Watchers. We couldn't tell the difference either.

my daughter and son-in-law are doing weight watchers. I did it years ago, but even when I went I counted calories and not points. Since hubby retired, I am not going. I actually lost more weight on my own, but to be honest, it is not on my own, cause God helped me and I did the Setting the Captives free Bible study twice. Weight Watcher is good and it is helpful, but our income got cut in half when hubby retired. that was a shock.:hehee Cause he was not expecting to have to retire at 48 for health reasons.
good luck with your weight loss. I find praying to God to help me very helpful.
Do you take advantage of the weight watcher desserts? I am sitting at my computer at this moment eating brownie ala mode by weight watchers.
God bless you,
betty
