Thank you! I feel so silly, but I got so upset. I made the mashed potatoes too runny (I hardly ever make them) and hubby poured too much oil to fry the pork chops in. The corn on the cob turned out and so did the gravy, but I just sat down and had a couple of buttered biscuits and that was my dinner.:lol2
I made some good banana pudding last night, I will have some of that later. :thumb

Bisquick recipe- "hamburger bake", but I'm using ground turkey instead. Also the recipe calls for Cheese soup, but I'm using Cream of Chicken. I think it goes better with the turkey. Tossed salad on the side.

I'm making a chicken noodle casserole tonight. We're getting several inches of snow and, behind that, our extremely cold temps are expected to drop into the deep freeze, so I wanted to make a hot and hearty meal.
