I think my guests tonight would prefer to eat Bear's dinner instead! But...I'm having Ultra creamy mashed red potatoes, brisket (with a marinade gone wrong) fresh green beans, salad, french bread (homemade from walmart) and for dessert strawberry shortcake! Yum hope it turns out!

Crazy Cheese?
Do you make the burgers from Mad Cow? :hehee
Here is how I make Queso Loco burgers.
Queso Loco Burgers
(Makes 8 to 10 burgers)
3 lbs of ground sirloin
6-8 anaheim green chiles (hatch green chiles if you like it spicy)
chopped jalapenos (I use the frozen Bueno brand jalepeno's 8oz container)
8 oz of cream cheese
8 oz of mayo
1 1/2 tbs.garlic powder
yellow onion
sliced cheddar cheese or jalapeno jack cheese
sliced tomato
shredded lettuce
hamburger buns
1. Roast green chiles on a hot grill until blackened, place in paper bag to cool. Peel and clean green chilis and set aside.
2. Thaw out jalapeno's (or place in microwave)
3. In a large ziplock back add cream cheese, mayo, garlic powder and jalapeno (per taste). Mix together in the ziplock back and let it sit .
4. Prepare and season ground sirloin (I use sea salt, cumin, and garlic powder) make into patties and cook on grill.
5. Slice yellow onion and grill
6. Remove pattys from grill, and cut out a bottom corner of the ziplock bag. Squeeze out cream cheese mixture on top of each patty, add a slice of grilled onion, add a slice of roasted green chile, top with a slice of cheese, and return to grill to melt cheese.
7. I like to butter my hamburger buns and toast on grill.
8. add lettuce and tomato and enjoy.
