I roasted a chicken for DH and I found Morningstar Farms veggie 'ribblets' at the local Walmart for myself. To go with the chicken and 'ribblets' also made ranch roasted potatoes and peas. We ate well tonight.

McDonald's, cause a portion of their receipts tonight will go to something called "Imaginarium", which has something to do with supplying children with books (I think).

Tonight we're having a roast with potatoes and onions and carrots. It's in the crockpot now and it smells glorious!

We have a pork roast in our crock pot and I must admit it smells glorious as well.
